Front Office
Jordan is a 2017 graduate from Ivy Tech Community College. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree along with being certified in Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application. She started with us in May of 2023. Outside of work, you'll find her with her husband, Darrin, and her two girls, Aubrynn and Kenslie. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family/friends, boating, playing cards and shopping. You'll find her on your way out the door at the checkout desk.

Tara is a 2014 Ivy Tech Community College graduate. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Healthcare Support Services and certificates in Medical Office Admin and Out-Patient Insurance Coding. She started with us in January of 2025. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her husband, Denver, and her two kids, Taylor and DJ. In her spare time she enjoys reading, camping and hanging out with friends/family. You'll find her greeting you when you walk in the door.
Hailey started with us in September of 2023. She is our insurance coordinator. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, Lane, and her two sons, Ryder and Weston. You'll also find her on your way out the door at the checkout desk.
Dental Hygienists
Renea is a 1998 graduate of Lake Land College. She has an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Rockville Dental Clinic since July of 1998. Besides her love and appreciation for dentistry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brandi graduated from Lake Land College in 1993. Brandi has been a Dental Hygienist with us off and on since 2021. She resides in Illinois with her family. Brandi enjoys gardening, traveling and is a huge animal advocate, especially for dogs.

Ashli is a 2009 graduate from Lake Land College. She has been a Dental Hygienist with us since July 2009. Ashli loves her job and loves the relationships she has built with her patients over the years. Another passion she has is her family. She cannot spend enough time with her sons. She’s happiest when with them, whether it’s taking fun mini weekend trips or playing around the house.
Tabitha is a 2010 graduate from Lake Land College Dental Hygiene Program. She has her Local Anesthetic License and is very knowledgeable with dental insurance. You will see her in the back as a Licensed Dental Hygienist or in the front helping with any needed tasks. She loves to spend time with her husband and daughters, Hana and Hunter. She enjoys fishing, camping, and watching her girls play sports.

Dental Assistants
Becky is Dr. Niknafs' Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and is certified in dental radiology. She has been with Rockville Dental Clinic since 1989. She loves working with the public and making sure our patients receive the quality dental care that they deserve. When Becky is not at work, she enjoys being with her dogs, family and friends.
Nicole is also Dr. Niknafs' Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and is certified in dental radiology. Nicole has been an EFDA since 2013. She has been with Rockville Dental Clinic since 2025. She enjoys being with her weiner dogs, kids and friends outside of work.
Sarah is Dr. Hardisty's Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and is certified in dental radiology. Sarah has been with Rockville Dental Clinic since 2006. She is married with two kids, one dog and three cats.
Skyler just started with us in May of 2025. She is one of Dr. Hardisty's assistants, but isn't new to the job. She's been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2018 and is certified in dental radiology. She loves working in dentistry, talking to her patients, building relationships and saving their smile one tooth at a time. Outside of work she loves spending time with friends, her fiancé- Jacob, daughter- Addisyn, her bonus boys- Lucas and Braxton and her dog, Lillie. She has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys camping and fishing as much as she can.

Courtney is our angel assistant who sadly gained her angel wings on August 20, 2025. Courtney was an assistant for Dr. Niknafs and Dr. Fred Neutzel for over 20 years and is deeply missed by her work family.
